Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DPA), every person has the right to protect his or her privacy and to be protected against misuse of his or her personal data. We comply with these provisions. Personal data will be treated strictly confidential and will neither be sold nor passed on to third parties.
When accessing our websites, the following server data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and generally transmitted information about the operating system or browser. These usage data form the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations, so that trends can be identified, on the basis of which we can improve our offers accordingly. The information entered in the contact field can also be used for marketing purposes.
Doubleclick by Google
The information generated by the cookies is transmitted by Google to a server in the USA for analysis and stored there. The data collected will only be evaluated for statistical purposes and in anonymous form. A transfer of data by Google to third parties only takes place due to legal regulations or within the scope of order data processing. Google will not match your data with other data collected by Google. Exceptionally, however, it is possible if you are actively logged in to your Google Account.
Content Delivery Networks (CDN) – Google Fonts
We use Content Delivery Networks (CDN). CDN shortens the loading time of common Java script libraries and fonts, because the files are transferred from fast, local or under-utilized servers. We use the services “Google Web Fonts” of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”) and “BootstrapCDN”, offered by StakPath LLC (2012 Mc Kinney Ave., Suite 1100, Dallas, TX 75201, USA, “StackPath”). For the use of CDN a processing of your IP address is technically necessary, so that the contents can be sent to your browser. Your IP address will therefore be transmitted to the respective provider. Both providers operate servers in the EU, but it cannot be excluded that your browser also accesses servers outside the EU.
This data processing is carried out in each case for the protection of our legitimate interests in the optimisation and the economic operation of our website and is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 f DSGVO.
